Parking Information:

The hotel has an attached parking garage which is self-serve at $25 per vehicle per day for event parking. Overnight guests can use the hotel parking garage and the cost is $65 per vehicle per night. Both are first come first serve. The Prudential Center across the street from the hotel also offers parking. Prices vary.

Exhibitor Setup, Schedule, and Teardown

Setup:

Monday, November 17 2025

Exhibitors may access their booths for setup between 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM.

All stands must be fully set up and ready by 8:00 AM for the arrival of conference delegates.

Event Timings:

Tuesday, November 18th
Registration & Light Breakfast: 8:00 am
Conference: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Networking Reception & Prize Draw: 5:00pm - 6:00pm

 

Teardown:

Wednesday, November 19, 2025

All exhibitors can start breaking down their stands from 1:30pm (after the final lunch break)  must vacate their booths by 4:00 PM.

Please note: Exhibitors are responsible for both the setup and breakdown of their own booths.

Shipping Information

Return Shipping Instructions:

Include a pre-paid return shipping label in your original package.
After the event, your team is responsible for packing up your exhibit. Extra packing tape will be available onsite to help seal outgoing packages.
Place sealed, labeled return shipments on your exhibit table after the event.
Sponsors are responsible for arranging pickup and providing return shipping labels.
All return shipments must be scheduled no later than August 16, two days after the event.
